1. Booking and Reservations

• Reservations are confirmed with 100% advance payment.
• Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • 30+ days before stay: Full refund.
  • 15-29 days before stay: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before stay or date changes during the stay: No refund.
• Child Policy: Stay and meals are complimentary for children below 5 years.
  
  

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 01:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  
  

3. Code of Conduct

• Guests must respect the retreat’s peaceful environment.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
  
  

4. Use of Facilities

• Guests have access to recreational areas, yoga studios, and the swimming pool, subject to rules and operating hours.
• Any damage caused by guests to property or facilities must be compensated.
  
  

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information collected during reservations will be kept confidential and used solely for reservation, communication, and service delivery purposes.
• With prior guest consent, Villa Raag may use anonymous feedback or endorsements for marketing purposes.
  
  

6. Force Majeure

• Villa Raag is not liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
  
  

7. Photography and Recordings

• Villa Raag staff may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
• Guests who wish to opt out must notify management in advance.
